Asia Bio-Chem Completes First Facility Tour

October 14-16^th, 2008

Our tour began on October 14^th with a tour of the ChangTu, Liaoning facility where our plant is consistently processing corn at peak capacity of 300,000 tonnes per year.    The bus route to the ChangTu facility and further north thru Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces served to demonstrate the extent of corn which is harvested in this region and our security of supply.

Following a group dinner in Changchun, Jilin we traveled to the newly acquired Daqing facility in Zhaoyuan, Heilongjiang.    

All were extremely impressed with the scale and construction progress of the new facility.  At 600,000 tonnes per year the Daqing facility will be among the largest of its kind in China.   As indicated in the enclosed photos, the main structure is up and awaiting receipt of some of the larger pieces of equipment in the coming weeks.   The project is on schedule for completion in Q2 2009 with scheduled ramp up in production thru Q3 2009.
